I've been researching Facebook page tabs over the past few months and I have been amazed at the pages I have been able to build - it is now possible to embed your sales process right inside Facebook, to entice visitors with videos and other content, even to show them your hotel using advanced features from Google maps. Take bookings, gather email addresses, show people interesting information, make voucher offers - the only thing that limits what you can do is your imagination!
